Virgin's dining overview describes The Wake for steak and seafood, Extra Virgin for Italian dishes, Pink Agave for Mexican cooking, Gunbae for Korean barbecue and Test Kitchen for a more structured experimental meal. The Galley supplies a collection of casual counters rather than a conventional self-service buffet.

Scarlet and Valiant: Chinese-inspired versus Indian evenings
Scarlet Lady serves Lucky Lotus, a Chinese-inspired dinner at Razzle Dazzle. Valiant Lady introduced Ariya in May 2026, developed with Chef Maneet Chauhan’s Indie Culinaire. Its announced Indian menu includes lamb biryani and an eggplant-and-spinach dish. Standard meals at both concepts are included.
If Indian cooking is the restaurant your group is most excited about, Valiant becomes the first ship to price. If Lucky Lotus is the draw, begin with Scarlet. Then compare dates and route: an inconvenient flight or a substantially higher cabin total can outweigh one dinner preference.
Check the booked sailing's menus and daytime service separately. A venue's evening transformation does not mean brunch has the same menu, and refit or rollout dates can affect older reviews.

Resilient and Brilliant: familiar evening dishes or Spanish sharing
The official fleet fact sheet identifies Razzle Dazzle by Night for Resilient Lady. Its contemporary American and vegetable-forward framework is a different proposition from the newer named concepts. The current voyage menu should settle the exact dishes, especially if a particular vegetarian choice is essential to you.
Brilliant Lady features Rojo by Razzle Dazzle, with Spanish-inspired brunch and evening dishes. Virgin's description emphasizes small plates and larger dishes for sharing. It is a natural shortlist for a group that wants a relaxed communal meal, provided everyone's preferences fit the menu.
