Test Kitchen asks a different question: do you enjoy a meal organized around a designed menu and some surprise? Check the current offering and discuss dietary restrictions before reserving. A diner who wants to choose a familiar main course may prefer another restaurant even though both meals are included. Lucky Lotus is the Scarlet-specific evening choice to investigate for Chinese-inspired food. Virgin introduced it as a change to the nighttime Razzle Dazzle concept, while daytime service has its own menu.
