Cruise-line names, ship names, logos, destination marks, third-party photographs, maps, excursion information, and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be used under license, permission, or applicable law. Their appearance on CruiseGem does not transfer ownership to CruiseGem.
Permitted use
You may view, print a reasonable number of pages, use an export CruiseGem expressly provides, or share an ordinary link for your own personal, noncommercial travel planning. You may not scrape, bulk download, reproduce, republish, sell, license, syndicate, frame, create a competing database from, train a model on, remove attribution from, or systematically extract CruiseGem’s original or compiled content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it. The more detailed restrictions in our Terms & Conditions also apply.
Copyright infringement notice
If you believe material available through CruiseGem infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, email a written notice to [email protected] with the subject “CruiseGem DMCA notice.” To help us evaluate and respond promptly, include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list when one notice covers multiple works.
- The exact CruiseGem URL and enough detail to locate the material you want removed or disabled.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice may create liability. We may send a copy of the notice to the person or provider responsible for the material.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe that happened through mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to the same email address. Include your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; your name, address, and telephone number; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; and your consent to the jurisdiction and service-of-process provisions required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Our response
We may remove or disable access to disputed material while reviewing a sufficiently detailed notice. When appropriate, we will notify the affected provider and process a valid counter-notice under applicable law. We may terminate access for repeat infringers if CruiseGem later supports user-submitted material.
