Which restaurants are included on MSC World America?
The ordinary dining plan starts with the assigned main restaurant and the Il Mercato and La Brasserie buffets. Luna Park Pizza & Burger adds a casual included option. Promenade Bites and The Harbour Bar & Bites also provide complimentary food, useful when your group is already spending time on the promenade or in the family activity area. La Boca Grill serves the Aqua Deck; inspect the posted menu for item inclusions before ordering. MSC Yacht Club’s restaurant belongs to the Yacht Club experience, so its presence in a ship brochure does not mean every passenger can eat there. Other casual counters and sweet shops need their own menu check; a convenient location does not establish that every item is included.
For departures from a U.S. port, MSC's main-dining rules include the first entree, appetizers and desserts, with a $5 charge for a second entree. Check the menu's extra-dish markings before ordering additional courses.

Eataly or Paxos: choose the evening you actually want
Eataly is World America's Italian specialty restaurant, developed with the food brand. Compare its current multi-course menu with the included pasta and pizza choices, then decide whether you want to make that dinner an event in its own right.
Paxos is the stronger starting point for a party specifically interested in Greek seafood and a more relaxed Mediterranean setting. MSC highlights live music and outdoor dining as part of the concept, but those descriptions should not become a promise that your particular table will be outside or that music runs throughout every service. Paxos On the Go is another venue, aimed at smaller bites; check its own menu and charges.
Kaito Teppanyaki centers dinner on a shared cooking performance; Kaito Sushi offers a separate sushi menu. Butcher's Cut is the steakhouse, while HOLA! serves Mexican-inspired food. Share those menus with the party before choosing a reservation.
Pick a World America restaurant before buying a package
Book the restaurant you would be disappointed to miss, then leave the rest of the week open. For an Italian-food-focused couple, that may be Eataly. For a seafood-focused group, compare Paxos with the seafood choices on the other menus before committing. If your party wants entertainment at the table, start with a teppanyaki reservation and check seating arrangements and dietary suitability.
A family trying to contain the total fare can reasonably start with the included restaurants and add one paid meal after reviewing menus. Luna Park is useful when a full seated dinner is the wrong fit for the evening. Count desserts and specialty coffees separately: repeated small purchases can change the food budget even when most meals remain included.
World America reservations and the Butcher's Cut limit
On embarkation day, find your main restaurant assignment and inspect the actual opening schedule before heading to the most visible buffet. Then confirm any specialty bookings with the correct number of diners. On a port-heavy sailing, put a longer restaurant dinner on a night when everyone can return, shower and arrive without rushing. A reservation immediately after the advertised all-aboard time leaves little margin for a delayed excursion.
MSC's current specialty package rules cover food and gratuities, with premium items charged separately. Multi-meal packages allow only one visit to Butcher's Cut, and unused meals are non-refundable. Drinks are separate. MSC says plans purchased before the May 13, 2025 change retain their original conditions, so compare the rules attached to your own purchase.
