Celebrity dining by ship: restaurants, new venues and river exceptions
Compare Celebrity restaurant choices from Millennium and Solstice ships to Edge Class and Xcel, with future Compass and Seeker river plans separated.

Celebrity’s restaurant selection varies by ship. Reflection and Silhouette add Lawn Club Grill and The Porch; Solstice now has Trattoria Rossa and Fine Cut alongside Murano; Xcel introduces Mosaic, Spice and Bora. Compare the venues on your shortlist before choosing a dining package.
This comparison covers the Celebrity vessels in CruiseGem’s catalog. It separates current ocean restaurants from the planned 2027 river ships Compass and Seeker. Venue listings were checked September 20, 2026; a reservation menu still controls charges and available times for your cruise.
What matters for your decision
- Main dining and Oceanview Café provide substantial included choices; specialty restaurants are a separate purchase unless your specific fare or suite includes them.
- Blu belongs to AquaClass dining and Luminae to The Retreat; neither is an ordinary restaurant every guest can simply reserve.
- Celebrity Solstice’s renewed lineup and Xcel’s restaurants require their own ship lists.
Choose the restaurant, then choose the ship
If French dining at Murano is the reason for booking, start with a ship that still lists Murano. If you want Daniel Boulud’s Le Voyage, narrow the search to the ships that advertise it. A broad phrase such as “Edge Class dining” cannot promise either experience on every sister.
For a mixed group, compare the included routine first. A traveler happy with the buffet and main dining room should not have to buy specialty dinners to spend time with companions. Arrange one shared paid meal if everyone wants it, then preserve several easy included evenings.

Celebrity Constellation
Tuscan Grille, Sushi on Five and Le Petit Chef are its principal named specialty options. Main dining, Oceanview Café and the casual grill provide an included foundation. Choose Constellation for the itinerary if that compact set suits you; do not book it expecting Murano or the Edge-class four-room main-dining arrangement.

Celebrity Infinity
Infinity lists Tuscan Grille, Sushi on Five and Le Petit Chef alongside its included dining venues. If you want one Italian dinner and otherwise expect to use main dining, compare a single reservation with the package price. Check Le Petit Chef’s set-menu options before booking for a group with different food preferences.

Celebrity Millennium
Millennium offers Tuscan Grille, Sushi on Five and Le Petit Chef alongside the included main-dining and buffet routine. Its restaurant selection makes cabin access especially relevant: AquaClass adds Blu, while The Retreat adds Luminae. Compare those dining arrangements with occasional specialty purchases instead of counting all ship restaurants as open to every fare.

Celebrity Summit
Summit uses the same broad specialty trio: Tuscan Grille, Sushi on Five and Le Petit Chef. The practical choice is between a small number of planned dinners and a mostly included week. If lunch ashore matters more to you than dinner variety, keep the package small enough that it does not pull you away from the ports.

Celebrity Eclipse
Eclipse lists Murano, Tuscan Grille, Sushi on Five and Le Petit Chef. Murano and Tuscan offer a French-and-Italian combination; compare that with Solstice’s newer Trattoria Rossa and Fine Cut additions when choosing between the ships. Review the actual reservation menus for your sailing.

Celebrity Equinox
Equinox retains Murano and Tuscan Grille, with Sushi on Five and Le Petit Chef. For a seven-night cruise, booking two different specialties would leave five evenings for main dining or other plans. Use the meals you want when comparing package prices.

Celebrity Reflection
Reflection adds Lawn Club Grill and The Porch to the Murano, Tuscan Grille, Sushi on Five and Le Petit Chef selection. Those outdoor-oriented options are a real distinction from Eclipse and Equinox. Choose them for the setting as well as the menu, and keep weather in mind rather than treating every al fresco reservation as interchangeable with an indoor dinner.

Celebrity Silhouette
Silhouette’s published lineup includes Lawn Club Grill and The Porch as well as Murano, Tuscan Grille, Sushi on Five and Le Petit Chef. It is worth comparing with Reflection when outdoor meals are important. Check the actual lunch offerings in the planner before using a dinner-package calculation to value a different meal period.

Celebrity Solstice
Solstice’s updated dining page lists Trattoria Rossa, Fine Cut Steakhouse, Sushi on Five and Murano as specialties, plus the included Sunset Park Café. Murano remains on that current list. Older descriptions centered on Tuscan Grille do not capture the revised lineup; use your sailing’s planner for reservations and package coverage.

Celebrity Edge
Edge combines four main restaurants with specialty choices including Eden, Fine Cut Steakhouse, Raw on 5, Le Grand Bistro and Rooftop Garden Grill. Eden is a planned specialty dinner, while Eden Café is a different casual proposition. Distinguish the meal and venue when estimating cost, and do not assume that the ship has Le Voyage. Celebrity Apex
Apex has four main restaurants and specialties including Eden, Fine Cut, Raw on 5, Le Grand Bistro and Rooftop Garden Grill. If one signature dinner is your priority, compare its individual price with the package total before adding other meals. Blu and Luminae access depend on your accommodation.

Celebrity Beyond
Beyond adds Le Voyage to a broad Edge-class lineup that includes Eden and Fine Cut. Its current restaurant list must be separated from the announced November 2026 changes: future additions should not be promised to a September or October passenger. Celebrity Ascent
Ascent offers Le Voyage, Eden, Fine Cut, Raw on 5, Le Grand Bistro and Rooftop Garden Grill alongside its main restaurants. If the appeal is a longer tasting-style evening, compare Le Voyage and Eden menus rather than treating them as identical premium dinners. Celebrity Xcel
Xcel introduces Mosaic, Spice Café and Bora alongside Fine Cut and Le Voyage. Spice Café is included in the fare; Mosaic and Bora cost extra. That gives Xcel a different dining plan from the Eden-equipped Edge-class ships. Check whether your dining package covers the chosen restaurant or requires a supplement.

Celebrity Compass: planned river ship for 2027
Celebrity Compass is an announced river vessel, not an operating ocean ship as of this review. Published plans describe a different dining and outdoor-space arrangement, including the Magic Edge concept. Do not infer Oceanview Café, the four Edge-class main restaurants or the ocean specialty-package rules from the Celebrity name.
If you are choosing a future river departure, request the dining inclusions, reservation rules and final venue list attached to that river booking. Treat renderings and launch menus as plans that may change before the first voyage.

Celebrity Seeker: planned river ship for 2027
Seeker is planned for Celebrity’s 2027 river program. Compare its announced dining and Magic Edge arrangements with Compass when choosing a route, and request the inclusions and reservation rules for that river booking. Ocean-ship restaurant names and package terms do not establish what a river fare covers.

Buy fewer specialty meals until the schedule is clear
Add the individual prices of the meals you want, including service charges and venue supplements, and compare that sum with the package total. Leave out lunches you expect to spend ashore. Confirm availability as well as price before paying for several reservations.

Questions travelers ask
Does every Celebrity ship have the same restaurants?
No. Examples include Trattoria Rossa and Fine Cut on the renewed Solstice, outdoor venues on Reflection and Silhouette, Le Voyage on selected newer ships, and Xcel’s Mosaic, Spice and Bora. Murano remains on Solstice’s current dining page.
Are Celebrity specialty restaurants included with All Included?
Do not assume so. The ocean All Included offer primarily bundles drinks and Wi-Fi; specialty-dining benefits depend on the specific offer or qualifying suite. Check your booking terms.
Are Compass and Seeker Edge-class ships?
No. They are planned river vessels with a separate design and product. Their announced dining arrangements should not be inferred from Celebrity ocean ships.
