Carnival Jubilee’s casual food can carry much of the vacation: burgers, chicken, pizza, tacos and sandwiches all have places in an included plan. The less obvious decision is how to use the first-visit offer at Chibang and Cucina del Capitano without assuming those restaurants are unlimited free dining.
Jubilee also has its own venue names: Coastal Slice, Beach Buns and Emeril’s Bistro 717. Use those names when looking at menus and opening times. A guide to Celebration or Mardi Gras may describe similar food, but it will not necessarily send you to the right place on this ship.

Which restaurants are included on Carnival Jubilee?
The Main Dining Room and Lido Marketplace provide the main served and buffet meals. Guy’s Burger Joint, Big Chicken, BlueIguana Cantina, Street Eats, Coastal Slice and Beach Buns add useful variety. Carnival’s current Chibang and Cucina pages explicitly include a first meal on Jubilee, with subsequent visits charged. Confirm how your sailing applies the offer to each meal period and any premium dishes.

Chibang, Cucina and Emeril's: three different meals
Chibang lets diners mix Chinese and Mexican choices. Carnival currently includes the first visit on Jubilee and lists $8 per person for later visits. Its sample menu separates extra-cost steakhouse selections and roast duck from the ordinary dishes, with a surcharge for a third main course or more. Ask how lunch visits and service charges are handled on your sailing.
Cucina del Capitano serves Italian food with dishes designed for sharing. The first visit on Jubilee is also included, with an $8 charge for subsequent visits. Choose it for an Italian dinner, and check the HUB app for access under your dining assignment.
Emeril's Bistro 717, in the Currents area, is a paid New Orleans-inspired option. Carnival's examples include shrimp with grits and beignets at breakfast, followed by dishes such as jambalaya later in the day. A small breakfast order offers a way to try the bistro while keeping your evening free for an included dinner. Check the current item prices and service charge.
Choosing a specialty evening on Jubilee
For a family keeping spending low, use Guy’s, Big Chicken and Coastal Slice for convenient lunches, with served dinners and the first-visit offers for variety. Keep Street Eats in mind for a smaller snack; its rotating concept means it should not be a promise of one particular item every day. A child’s favorite dish may need a more predictable backup.
For a celebration, compare Rudi's Seagrill for seafood with Fahrenheit 555 for steak. Bonsai Teppanyaki adds a shared cooking performance, which may appeal more to a group than a conventional restaurant table. Reserve the experience that matters most and leave enough time around evening shows.
Find pizza and sandwiches in The Shores
Coastal Slice and Beach Buns are in The Shores. The pizza counter, sandwiches and grilled hot dogs give a group several nearby lunch choices. Guy's Pig & Anchor in Summer Landing is another option: Carnival's named-ship policy includes ordinary lunch and dinner food on Jubilee, with drinks and premium selections priced separately.
Use Carnival’s app to check the dining arrangement and current availability for your sailing. Leave room after a long excursion for an easy meal rather than committing every evening in advance. If you do reserve the steakhouse or teppanyaki, protect enough time around shows and keep the cancellation deadline with the reservation.
