Before final payment
Celebrity says an eligible booking may receive a price adjustment or an available higher-category upgrade. If already paid in full before the due date, a refund may be issued.
After final payment
Within 24 hours of booking, the same adjustment rules may apply. More than 24 hours after booking and after final payment, Celebrity describes a possible complimentary upgrade rather than a general refund, subject to availability.
What needs to match
Public Celebrity fares or value-added offers bookable in the United States or Canada for the same cruise, cabin category, and number of guests.
Important exclusions
Availability, geography, timing, promotion terms, cabin category, and guest count all affect eligibility. An upgrade is only possible when the higher category is priced at or below the booked cabin price.
- Older Cruise with Confidence pages describe a temporary program that ended; use the current Best Price Guarantee page.
- Verify what happens to every included perk before changing offers.
What to do when CruiseGem finds a lower price
- 1Capture the lower fare or offer while it remains bookable.
- 2Compare the exact stateroom category and guest count.
- 3Call Celebrity or contact the travel advisor that owns the booking.
Say that you found a potentially lower comparable fare and ask for a review. Do not cancel the existing reservation until the booking owner explains the net result in writing.

Am I guaranteed the potential savings CruiseGem found?
No. CruiseGem can identify an observed lower price, but only the cruise line or advisor controlling the booking can decide whether your reservation qualifies.
Could repricing remove my onboard credit or perks?
Yes. A new promotion can change deposits, onboard credit, drinks, Wi-Fi, gratuities, cabin assignment, and cancellation terms. Compare the net value before agreeing.
Should I call or contact my travel advisor?
If an advisor owns the reservation, contact that advisor. Direct bookings are generally handled by the cruise line.
