Wish, Treasure and Destiny share a ship design, but their stories make them distinctly different holidays. Wish leans into enchantment and Frozen, Treasure brings adventure and Disney Parks references, and Destiny centers heroes and villains. For many families, that is a more useful choice than a simple newest-to-oldest ranking.
Start with the restaurant show and stage production your party most wants. Then compare the itinerary length, room and travel arrangements. A short cruise on Wish and a longer cruise on Treasure are not equivalent opportunities to use the same underlying ship design.

A shared design with three distinct story worlds
The class combines AquaMouse, extensive youth spaces, several family dining concepts and themed adult lounges in a larger Disney layout. The arrangement differs from Dream class, including the way public areas and circulation connect. Review a day’s actual routes rather than assuming a familiar Disney deck number means the same thing.
Three ships are in service in this September 2026 comparison: Wish, Treasure and Destiny. Future ships advertised for booking are not counted as current sisters. The fleet’s expansion does not change which facilities are aboard the ship you are considering now.

AquaMouse, headline shows and themed adult lounges
AquaMouse adds story scenes to the water attraction. It should be compared with AquaDuck as a different experience, not assumed to be universally better because it is newer. Each ship’s story treatment adds another distinction, while riding eligibility and operating conditions still matter.
The headline stage production can be a deciding feature for a fan: Little Mermaid on Wish, Moana on Treasure or Hercules on Destiny. Other productions and scheduled events fill out the voyage. Confirm the current program rather than assuming every advertised show runs at a time that suits your dinner and bedtime routine.
Themed adult lounges are unusually important to the sister-ship choice. Treasure’s Haunted Mansion Parlor and Skipper Society are specific reasons for Disney Parks enthusiasts to investigate it; Destiny’s De Vil’s appeals to a different story preference. Drinks are still purchases, and a themed lounge can be busy rather than a guaranteed quiet escape.
Arendelle, Plaza de Coco or Pride Lands at dinner
Worlds of Marvel and 1923 appear across the three ships, while the third rotational venue changes the family dinner experience: Arendelle on Wish, Plaza de Coco on Treasure and Pride Lands on Destiny. These can be lively, music-led meals. A child who finds a loud dinner difficult may need a different routine rather than a promise that the theme will solve the problem.
Palo Steakhouse and Enchanté provide adult-only specialty alternatives. Compare their reservation arrangements and charges, and decide which included dinner you are willing to miss. A long tasting-style meal also requires enough time and suitable care arrangements for children.
The casual food choices are useful for a flexible lunch or an early snack. Plan around your family’s energy rather than trying to maximize restaurant count. On a short sailing, the included rotation may already give you the three dining experiences you most wanted.
Beds, connecting doors and the walk back after a show
The cabin decision should begin with usable beds, bathroom arrangement and storage. Many deluxe categories have split bathrooms, but verify the specific room rather than treating the feature as universal. A room for five is a particular layout, not simply a four-person room with an extra place added wherever convenient.
Connecting rooms can be valuable for different sleep schedules. Confirm that the connection is inside the room, and compare the total cost and adult-occupancy requirements with a single larger category. Concierge accommodation adds access and service benefits, but is not the only way to create workable space.
Trace the route between the cabin, youth spaces, rotational restaurants and adult areas. The class’s scale makes this a daily consideration. A room near one priority can be far from another, and a premium view does not shorten the walk back after a late show.
Choose the stories, then check the time available onboard
Choose Wish class when the newer dining stories, AquaMouse and themed lounges are central to the trip. Choose the sister whose stories matter to your party, then make sure the itinerary leaves enough time to enjoy them.
Compare Dream class if AquaDuck, Remy or its established layout is more appealing. Compare Magic class for a smaller footprint or a particular route. A family that mainly wants beach time and a few character encounters may not need to pay a large premium for a specific new lounge.

Other ships to consider
Dream and Fantasy are the closest comparison for a large Disney family ship with a different water attraction and adult dining mix. Magic and Wonder offer a smaller setting. Disney Adventure is a separate Singapore-based design, not another Wish-class sister.
