The Cipolla Rossa of Tropea, known for its sweetness, is a humble ingredient of the Calabrian peasant tradition with many curative properties. The Nduja, a traditional spicy spreadable salami with an intense and unique taste, symbolizes an entire region. During the sweet & spicy experiences, guests will visit an Onion farm and a Nduja factory, discovering all the farming steps, the production inputs, and the life cycle of plants and animals.
